		<description>It is because oil plays such a huge role in our energy production and is the oldest form of energy production we have.

Alternative power will play a much larger roll in the future, but the adaptation of this technology will take time, money and research before it can make any real difference. 

All we can do right now, is take it upon ourselves to implement these green technologies in our homes and not wait for the government to do it for us.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;http://www.solarpowernow.net</description>

Solar panels seem ideal, but they are expensive and when you think about the amount of time it will take to earn back the amount spend on the solar panel it is never worth it...

Sure, indeviduals can care about the environment and place a solar panel on their roof, but that&#039;s where it ends. 

New companies try to incorporate solar power in their new buildings...

Another problem is the government doesn&#039;t really offer any incentives or grants for these projects.
