Nice set up,I have to thank you and skippy3840, you guys inspired me to build my system; you are right the original charge controller can not be trusted!!! I just upgraded mine too, I added 2 130 watt polycrtistalline sunsei panels. A 25 amp sunsei controller a chicago HF 2000 watt inverter and last but not least 12 110 ah ups batteries that I purchased at craigslist very cheap. I run10 13 watt lamps, 2 32 inch tvs, 1 direct tv 1 xbox, 1 laptop and 2 15 watt water fountains all at the same time

One thing I can’t …
One thing I can’t stand about those Inverters. Is when the battery goes dead, they will set off an Alarm Beep thats very ear piercing. More then once while I was sleeping I left a light that drained the battery while using it and this happens. There is no way to disable that in most inverters, so I had to Take mine apart and void the warranty and remove the Speaker.

Hey, great job from …
Hey, great job from one R.E. nut to another.

Your two videos demonstrate the warning we give everyone – once you get into this stuff, you get hooked on it. I see that between video 1 and 2 you’ve upgraded your batteries and moved off of the cheap H.F. Charge controller.

It never ends! Next you need more panels – then bigger batteries – then more panels.

But it’s a GOOD addiction that actually benefits you! Awesome job.
