I'm already cold all the time due to a thyroid problem, now I'm taking chemo and I freeze to death. My last electric bill was the highest it's ever been, $409.00. I desperately need help. I can't pay these high bills and am afraid they will cut off my power. I don't know what to do.

look for your local HSD office and apply for LIHEAP. they HAVE to help you if youre disabled or low income.
