I would purchase a little device called &quot;kill-a-watt&quot; or similar device that you plug in to measure the amount of energy appliances use. See how many watts the device is pulling... then check out everything else you have plugged in around your house/apartment. I would suspect the high bills are caused by something else such as an electric heater or something similar.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
