I have today, but my GF was smart enough to redo the the cables & put a cheap fuse in… now we r back on for now…
many times, one time i went 3 months without electricity, water and gas. I could only afford to pay my mortage so thats what i did

I never faced such situation.Yes,your GF was smart & courageous enough!
But friend,be more careful in future.One day you can even forget to have your dinner & that time your GF might not be able to help you.So,please be more careful & cautious.
